From the time I was a little girl I have been fascinated by the human potential to create meaning and results out of seemingly ordinary circumstances, although I would have used very different words then. Much later as a contractor to NASA, I saw so much untapped potential in the government and corporate workplace. I help leaders find the practical strategies and approaches authentic to them in order to get the results they want and to create wins for their organizations.
