From the time I was a little girl I’ve been fascinated by the human potential to create meaning and results out of seemingly ordinary circumstances, although I would have used very different words then. Years later as a contractor for education outreach at NASA, I saw so much untapped potential in the government and corporate workplace. I wanted to change that, and that’s why I help leaders find practical strategies and approaches authentic to them so they get the results they want and create real wins for their organizations.
